辽河油田曙锅炉的节能改造

- 针对辽河油田曙采41#注汽锅炉存在的排烟温度高,炉膛压力大、瓦口温度高的问题进行节能技术改造,将该锅炉的原卧式对流段改为立式对流段,增加光管和翅片管的数量,调整了炉管布置,在原有结构上增加了过渡段。通过近5个月的现场应用,改造后的锅炉排烟温度由原来的262℃下降至200℃,使锅炉热效率提高3.1%,节油率提高3.4%,炉膛压力由2.0kPa降至0~0.3kPa,瓦口温度由51.9℃下降至40℃。文章介绍了该注汽锅炉对流段改造的具体方法。
Aimed at the problems existing in steam injecting furnace at Shuguang Oil Production Plant of Liaohe Oil field,such as high smoke temperature,high pressure at furnace hearth,high tempera-ture in tile orifice.The reformation of the furnace for energy saving was carried out.The original hori-zontal convection segment of the furnace was altered to vertical one.The quantity of bare tubes andfinned tubes increased.Tube deployment was adjusted, a transition segment was added.The reformedfurnace has worked for 5 months.2006,4(4): 64-65 收稿日期:2006-3-19分类号:TE936作者简介:解义云(1979— ),女,山东东明人,助理工程师,毕业于江汉石油学院机械设计制造及自动化专业,主要从事信息管理工作。参考文献:
