电网波动对变频器的影响与对策

摘要:: 介绍了库鄯输油管道供配电系统的组成及变频调速系统的设备配置，对电网波动造成的电压偏移、电压闪变、电压畸变、频率偏移等现象进行了阐述。针对电网波动对变频器运行造成的影响，从电网扩容与技术改造、电网滤波、采用有载调压变压器和不间断电源、修改变频器参数设置等方面提出了相应的措施。
This paper addresses the buildup of an electric power supply and distribution system as well as equipment configuration of a frequency variable speed regulation system in Ku-Shan Oil Pipeline and describes the phenomena of voltage offset, voltage flicker, voltage distortion and frequency offset. Aiming at the impact of electric network fluctuation on frequency diverter, it provides countermeasures in aspects of expanding electric network capacity, technical reformation, electric network filtering, applying on-line tap changer and uninterruptable power supply, and modifying frequency inverter parameter setup.
