摘要:: 将球形储罐现场组焊质量监督检验项目分解为技术资料审查、球壳板质量抽查、整体组对质量检查、焊接质量监督检验、无损检测质量监督、球壳表面和焊缝返修质量检查、热处理质量监督、产品焊接试板检查、耐压试验监督，气密性试验监督、交工资料审查等十多个停检点，并分别论述了每个停检点的监督检验方法、技术要求、合格标准和注意事项。
The issues of quality supervision and inspection for field assembly welding of spherical tank are divided into more than ten supervision stops, such as technical information examination, quality spot-check of spherical shell plates, assembly quality check, welding quality supervision and inspection, NDT quality supervision, quality check of spherical surface and weld reparation, quality supervision of heat treatment, product welding test plate check, pressure test supervision, air tight test supervision and document and file examination for handing over a completed project. The supervision and check methods, technical requirement, qualification standard and points for attention at each supervision stop are discussed respectively.
