- 根据苏丹穆格莱德油田中心处理厂现场总线控制系统安装、组态和调试经验，简述了中心处理厂基金会现场总线控制系统的体系结构和安装、组态、调试的方法和程序。安装中着重介绍了现场总线电缆的作用、安装方法和应注意的事项，对组成现场总线控制系统的关键设备的功能、选型和集成方法也作了说明。组态中介绍了网络组态、设备组态和策略组态的概念，详细介绍了设备组态和策略组态的方法和组态中涉及的有关概念。系统调试中主要介绍了物理设备与其组态的关联方法，检查总线设备在线的技巧和输入输出设备的调试方法和程序。
This paper illustrates the methods and procedures of installation, configuration and commissioning for field bus control system of the central treatment plant in Muglad Oilfield, Sudan. Regarding installation, the focus is on the function and installation method of field bus cables and points for attention, also including the function, model selection and integrating method of key equipment, such as safety grid, link device, repeater and terminal. Regarding configuration, the focus is on the concepts of network configuration, equipment configuration and strategy configuration, particularly details the method and relevant concepts of equipment configuration and strategy configuration.
