摘要:: 通过调研及专家论证，认为埋地钢质管道橡胶硫化外防腐技术可以替代现有沥青防腐，可弥补螺纹聚乙烯胶带防腐性能的不足，于是开发了该项技术。文章介绍了橡胶硫化防腐的原理、施工工艺、硫化橡胶防腐层的性能以及存在的问题。试验表明，橡胶硫化防腐层电绝缘性能优于石油沥青防腐层，特别是能够耐盐水(10%NaC1溶液)浸泡，成本低于泡沫黄夹克防腐层。现场实际应用质量可靠，符合环保要求。
Through the investigation and consultation, it was considered that the external anticorro-sion technique of rubber vulcanization could substitute the present asphalt and counteract the anticorro-sive deficiency of screw polyethylene belts.
