- 在非开挖铺设地下管道施工领域,气动夯管锤铺管技术以其施工简捷、准确性高、速度快、成本低等特点而被广大施工单位所接受,在短距离直管的铺设中已成为一种首选的经济、快捷的施工方法。但是因为该项技术属非控向铺管技术,在铺管过程中容易出现方向偏差。针对这种情况,文章分析了影响夯管锤铺管精度的因素,进而提出保证夯管锤铺管精度的技术措施,并重点对流砂地层、卵砾石地层铺管精度的控制进行了阐述。
Pipelay with pneumatic pipe hammer is widely adopted in the non-excavation constructionowing to its features of simple construction technique, high accuracy, fast speed and low cost.In thepipelay of short distance straight pipeline,it is a preferred choice.But the technique belongs non-direc-tional control mode,the orientation deviation may occur during pipelay process.This paper analyzes the factors influencing pipelay accuracy with pneumatic pipe hammer, brings forward relative technical mea-sures and expatiates on the pipelay accuracy control in quicksand stratum and gravel stratum.2006,4(4): 35-36 收稿日期:2006-4-26分类号:TE973作者简介:刘运生(1968— ),男,湖南衡阳人,工程师,1992年毕业于湘潭矿业学院机械设计专业,现从事河流、公路穿越和管道防腐技术工作。
