- 西峰油田是中油股份公司近几年发现的大型整装油田,地面工程建设采用多项创新技术和成熟的工艺技术,形成了以丛式井单管不加热密闭集输为主要流程,以井口功图计量、丛式井单管集输、油气密闭集输、气体综合利用、原油三相分离、稳流阀组配水、系统综合优化等10项配套技术为主要内容,以井口(增压点)→接转站→联合站为主要布站方式的西峰油田地面建设模式,文章介绍了这些配套技术及其作用,西峰油田地面建设配套技术的应用,使投资比例不断下降,取得了明显的经济效益。
Xifeng Oilfield is a large uncompartmentalized oilfield discovered in recent years. Many innovative technologies and mature processes have been adopted in its surface construction, which include a major process flow of cluster well single pipe non-heating closed gathering and the ten matching techniques of wellhead dynamometer card measurement, well cluster single pipe oil collection, oil and gas closed gathering, gas synthetic utilization, crude oil three phases separation, flow stabilized valve group water distributing, system synthetic optimization, etc., as well as station deployment pattern from wellhead(boosting point) to block station to combined station. This paper introduces these matching techniques and their functions.
