储油罐液位测量技术现状与发展趋势

- 从目前国内外储油罐常用以及近年来新出现的液位测量仪表的测量原理和方法方面,分析了储油罐液位测量技术的现状,主要归纳为以下几种:人工检尺、浮体式液位测量仪表、伺服式液位测量仪表、磁致伸缩液位仪、差压式液位测量仪表、超声波液位测量仪表、雷达液位仪、激光液位仪、光纤液位测量仪表、核辐射式液位测量仪表、新原理的小型液位开关等。并预测了储罐液位测量技术的发展趋势。
This paper summarizes the oil tank liquid level measurement technology regarding recentdeveloped instruments, mainly including manual measuring, buoyancy type, servo type, magneto strictiontype,pressure difference type,ultrasonic type,radar type,laser type,optical fiber type and nuclear radia-tion type as well as novel minitype liquid level switch.It predicts the main developing tendency of liq-uid level measuring technology.Digitizing interface will fasten its developing step, diversification willkeep its position,magneto striction type will be one of idea contact type instruments, and radar type will become an important non-contact type instrument.2006,4(4): 1-3 收稿日期:2006-3-1分类号:TE972基金项目:国家自然科学基金资助项目(60272085)作者简介:齐永生(1974— ),男,安徽枞阳人,讲师,2004年毕业于后勤工程学院计算机应用技术专业,获硕士学位,现从事油料储运自动化技术研究工作。参考文献:
