液压千斤顶式外对口器的制作技术

摘要:: 在长输管道施工中，如果采用外对口器对口，当管道材质硬度较高、管壁较薄以及管口椭圆度较大时，采用一般的外对口器很难达到质量标准要求。为此设计制作了液压千斤顶式外对口器，该对口器由上、下两块半环板、多个校圆压块和楔子开口槽以及一台液压千斤顶组成。使用时，通过对口器上的校圆压块和从校圆楔子开口槽內打入校圆楔子，对管端产生挤压，达到矫正管口的目的。文章介绍了该对口器的制作和使用方法。这种液压对口器适用于任何场合，对口质量较好。
