外对口器的简易制作技术

- 从市场上购置的外对口器价格高、强度低、刚性小、笨重，且与钢管之间间隙小，当两根钢管错皮量大时，则无法卡上。针对以上存在的问题，结合实际，研制出了利用汽车旧轮毂制作的简易外对口器，克服了购置外对口器存在的不足，满足了施工需求。文章介绍了该对口器的制作和使用方法，并与成品外对口器进行了比较。
Pipe external aligning devices purchased from market are expensive and heavy,with lowstrength and stiffness.The gap between the device and pipe is so small that two pipes can not be fixedby the device when the deviation between the two pipes is somewhat big.To overcome these problems,afacile pipe external aligning device was made using the old car wheel hubs of an automobile.It satisfiesthe construction needs.The fabrication and application method of the device are illustrated in this paper,and comparing its functions with other products.2006,3(3): 71-72 收稿日期：2005-11-15分类号：TE973作者简介：彭元海(1970—）男(回族)，山东济阳人，1992年毕业于胜利石油学校首届安装专业，现从事场站建设及长输管道工程的技术管理工作。
