- 由于建设工程项目具有庞大、复杂、周期长和相关单位多等特点，因而在工程实施过程中影响工期的因素会有很多，工期延误是经常发生的情况，文章遵循事前控制的原则，探讨了在编写合同时如何起草及分析工期延误与赔偿费条款，从而减少在工程实施过程中发生与之相关的纠纷或争议的频率，并能够将双方不必要的经济损失降低到最低点。
