环氧粉末防腐与三层PE防腐兼容生产线

摘要:: 长庆建设工程总公司将熔结环氧粉末喷涂防腐生产线改造成与三层PE防腐兼容的生产线，文章介绍了这次技术改造的主要內容，并从生产工艺设备选择与实施、生产工艺流程两方面介绍了技术改造的经验。改造后的生产线，管径适应范围从D457mm提高到D720mm，年生产能力从300km提高到700km，质量检测结果都达到了国家标准和行业标准规定。
Changqing Engineering Construction Company altered the anticorrosion production line offusion bonded epoxy powder spraying into the compatible production line for both epoxy powder andthree layer PE coatings.This paper introduces the major contents of the technical alteration and its ex-perience regarding equipment choice and implementation as well as productive process flow.With thealtered production line,the pipe diameters increase from 457 mm to 720 mm,annual production abilityincrease from 300 km to 700 km,and the tested product quality complies with national standards andindustrial regulations.
