- 介绍了采用不锈钢药芯焊丝CO2气体保护焊焊接不锈钢储罐的工艺过程。通过焊接工艺性能试验，得出了一组合适的焊接工艺参数，按照该工艺参数，并采取合理的工艺措施，成功焊接了一座400m3甲醛储罐，有效控制了焊接变形，保证了产品质量，焊后经检测，各项指标均达到了设计要求，而且缩短了工期，降低了制造成本。
Technological process of gas shielded metal arc welding with stainless flux coredwire used for stainless steel tank construction is presented in this paper.A set of welding parametershave been obtained through welding performance tests.One 400 m3 formaldehyde storage tank was suc-cessfully manufactured with the welding process under effective control of welding deformation.Inspectionon welding quality of the tank has proven that the various specifications meet design requirements.2006,3(3): 56-58 收稿日期：2005-11-28分类号：TG444.73作者简介：魏献玲(1967—），女，河南内黄人，工程师。1986年毕业于河南师大化学系化工专业，长期从事压力容器制造及石油化工工程安装技术质量工作。参考文献：
