- 由于油田污水对金属管道的腐蚀性极强,近年来,玻璃钢管道以其优异的性能被广泛应用到油田污水处理和热注水输送中。玻璃钢管道具有耐压、耐腐蚀、抗老化、抗冻、耐热、轻质、高强、安装快捷、使用周期长等优点。文章根据辽河油田采用玻璃钢管道输送污水和软化水的施工经验,介绍了玻璃钢管道的施工技术和质量控制要点,并指出了施工中的注意事项。
Fiberglass reinforced plastic pipeline has many advantages such as pressure resistance,anticorrosion,aging resistance,freeze resistance,heat resistance,high strength,easy conveyance,facileins tallation,and long service life.Based on the construction experience of fiberglass reinforced plasticpipeline transporting sewage and softened water in Liaohe Oilfield,this paper describes the relevant con-struction technique,key points of quality control and notable matters during construction.2006,3(3): 48-50 收稿日期:2006-2-21分类号:TE973作者简介:黎泽权(1975—),男,四川蓬溪人,工程师,1998年毕业于中国石油大学(北京)化学工程专业,现从事油田工程质量检验和监督管理工作。参考文献:
