大型悬索跨越主索加固施工及主索下料长度的确定

- 油气集输管道在跨越冲沟、大中型河流时常采用悬索跨越方式,主索锚固原来多采用钢丝绳卡固定,目前多改为锚固头灌注合金方式。尤其在进行更换及增设主索时要求新索与旧索共同受力,因新旧主索弹性系数不同且非常数,受力属超静定系统,新增主索挠度要求与原索相同以增强观感性,上述因素给主索下料长度准确性提出了更高的要求。文章以长庆油田靖咸输油管道清峪河跨越改造加固工程为例,对主索下料长度的确定进行探讨,介绍了以钢丝绳预拉伸参数值采用最小二乘法术得弹性系数、以悬链线方程进行下料计算的方法以及主索架设的施工工艺。
Suspension cable crossing is often used in pipeline crossing over gully and large or medi-um rivers.Formerly,the main cable anchoring applied wire rope clamp,but at present,alloy impregnatedanchor head is utilized.For main cable replacing or enhancing,the old cable and the new cable are re-quired to share forces together.Furthermore,the deflection of the new cable is required to be identicalto the old cable for fine appearance.These factors demand higher accuracy of main cable blankinglength.Taking the reformingexample,this paper discussesproject of pipeline crossingoverQingyu River in Changqing Oilfieldthe blanking length determination ofmaincable,depictsstic coefficient bymeansof least square method basedonpre-tension parameterscalculationwiremeasuresofropemamblecalculation of blanking length in terms of catenary,as well as the process anderectron.2006,3(3): 41-43 收稿日期:2005-4-6分类号:TE973.4作者简介:岳志宏(1963—),男,山西中阳人,高级工程师,1983年毕业于大庆石油学院工程力学专业,现在长庆建设工程总公司从事生产技术管理工作。参考文献:
