- 不锈钢复合板是一种以碳钢为基体、单面或双面整体包覆2-20mm不锈钢的高效节能复合材料,它能够充分发挥两种金属材料的特性优势,既具有不锈钢的耐腐蚀性、耐磨性、抗磁性和装饰性,又具有碳钢良好的可焊性、成型性、拉延性和导热性。在大港石化公司500万t/a原油加工配套装置改造工程中,常减压装置的减压塔采用复合钢板制造,技术要求高,难度大。文章从塔体预制、组对安装、塔內件施工、焊接、复合层修复等方面介绍了复合钢板减压塔的施工技术要求。
Clad stainless steel plate is a kind of high energy saving material,which consists of car-bon steel base covered with thick stainless steel plate on one or both sides.It bring the meritsof both metallic materials,not only the functions of anticorrosion,abrasion resistance,magnetism proofand decoration of the stainless steel,but also the characteristics of weldability,mouldability,extensionali-ty and thermal conductivity of the carbon steel.In the reformation project of SOOx104t/a crude oil pro-cess facility at Dagang Petrochemical Plant,the depression tower of atmospheric and vacuum distillationunit is fabricated with clad stainless plates.It needs high and difficult technique.This paper introducesthe construction technical requirements of the depression tower in aspects of pre-fabrication,assemblyand installation of tower body,construction and welding of inside tower workpieces, as well as cladstainless reparation.2006,3(3): 37-40 收稿日期:2005-7-30分类号:TQ053.5作者简介:赵文军(1973—),男,山东昌乐人,工程师,1997年毕业于石油大学(北京)化学工程专业,现从事施工技术管理工作。
