不成橇设计中仪表施工图的制作及应用

- 在海洋石油平台不成橇设计中，对于一些非工艺的无管线号的管线，在ISO图中均不能很好地体现出来，由此在施工申产生了一系列问题。文章介绍一种利用AutoCAD软件和EXCEL表格绘制施工图的模板，采用此模板绘制仪表施工图，对仪表管线等无管线号管线的施工及料单的统计起到了促进作用。用该模板制作的施工图，简单明了，具有较好的三维真实感，可提高施工人员的读图速度。便于安装和维修。
In non-sleigh design of offshore platform,some non-process pipelines without sequence num-hers can not be embodied in SIO charts,and it causes a series of problems.A template for shop draw-ing utilizing software of AutoCAD and EXCEL is introduced in this paper.It improves construction workand statistics of material sheets of pipelines without sequence numbers,such as instrument pipelines.Theshop drawings made with this template appear simple and perspicuous and look like real three-dimen-sions.Therefore the speed of interpreting drawings construction personnel can be accelerated,and in-stallation and maintenance are facile.2006,3(3): 35-37 收稿日期：2005-9-15分类号：TE952作者简介：崔艳红(1975—），女，河北衡水人，助理工程师，1999年毕业于河北科技大学，现从事机械管道设计工作。参考文献：
