膜法富氧助燃技术在油田中的应用

- 膜法富氧助燃技术是最新节能环保技术,可用于油田的锅炉、加热炉、热媒炉和注汽炉等,不仅能使燃料充分燃烧,提高热量有效利用率,降低空气过剩系数和燃料消耗,减少热量损失,而且还能延长设备的使用寿命,减少烟尘和粉尘的排放,有利于环境保护。膜法富氧助燃节能装置具有投资少、回收快、设备简单、流程短、操作简单等特点,节能效果显著。文章介绍膜法富氧助燃技术用于节能和治理污染的机理、工艺流程、技术改造要点及在油田锅炉、加热炉、热煤炉和注汽炉等方面的应用情况。
Membrane technology for oxygen-enrichment combustion-assistance is a ultramodern tech-nology of energy-saving and environmental protection,which can be used in boilers,reheating furnaces,heat-medium heaters and steam injection boilers,and so on,in oilfields.Not only it enables fuel to besufficiently combusted increasing the heat utilization rate and reducing the air surplus coefficient,but al-so prolongs the service life of equipment,reduces smoke and dust emission,therefore benefits environ-mental protection.The device applying membrane technology for oxygen enrichment combustion-assistancehas many advantages such as small investment with fast return,simple structure,short process flow andeasy operation,and significant energy-saving effectiveness as well.This article introduces the mechanismof the technique for energy-saving and environmental protection,the technical process flow,key points oftechnical renovation and typical application examples in oilfield.2006,3(3): 19-22 收稿日期:2005-9-29分类号:TK16作者简介:沈光林(1958—),男,江苏盐城人,副研究员,1986年毕业于大连理工大学,硕士学位,现主要从事气体分离的应用研究和技术开发等工作。参考文献:
