- 文章综述了输油输气管道防腐涂层技术和以聚乙烯为主要成分的防腐涂层补口技术的现状,介绍了提高聚乙烯涂层粘接性能的表面改性技术的一些新进展,重点介绍了笔者在国外工作期间开发的一项新的聚乙烯表面紫外光接枝改性技术,该技术具有工艺简单、实用化程度高等优点。文章还对影响接枝物粘接性能的关键因素进行了探讨。
This article briefly reviewsthe current status and recent developments of theanticorrosioncoating technology used in oil and gas transportation pipelines,and the joint coating technique usingmainly polyethylene.It also reviews the recent developments in the surface modification technique for im-proving the adhesion property of polyethylene coating.This article emphasizes on a new polymer surfaceUV initiated grafting technique invented by the author during his work abroad,this technique has a lot of advantages,such as easy processing,high practicality,over other methods.The critical factors affectingthe adhesion property of the grafted polymer are also discussed.2006,3(3): 1-6 收稿日期:2005-11-8分类号:TE988.2作者简介:汪辉亮(1970—),男,四川人,副教授,1997年博士毕业于北京师范大学化学系,现主要从事高分子材料表面改性和智能水凝胶的研究工作。参考文献:
