- 超稠油的油品特性决定了其脱水、储存、运输、输送等工艺的复杂性。文章结合近年来辽河油田在超稠油集输工艺技术方面的研究与应用,介绍了不同时期对超稠油物性的认识以及形成的3种不同集输技术工艺:开采初期地面集输工艺、大面积开采地面集输工艺、超稠油脱水以及超稠油管道长距离输送技术的最新研究成果与应用情况。
Associated with the studies on ultra-heavy oil gathering and transportation in Liaohe Oilfield, This paper describes the cognizance of very dense oil properties at different time periods as well as three kinds of formed gathering and transportation technical processes, which are surface gathering and transportation process in early production stage, gathering and transportation process in large scale production stage and dehydration process.
