摘要:: 索赔与反索赔不仅是工程管理的一部分,而且是承包商经营管理的一部分,只有积极有效地进行索赔与反索赔,承包商的利益才能得到保障。文章结合苏丹穆格莱德油田生产设施项目工程,介绍了工程索赔与反索赔的内容、特点、要求、编制方法,以及在索赔与反索赔过程中的注意事项。这些经验对国际工程项目的索赔与反索赔工作有借鉴作用。
In combination with the production establishment project in Muglad Oilfield of Sudan, this paper presents the contents, characteristics, requirements and compilation methods of claim and counterclaim, as well as notable issues during claim and counterclaim process. This experience is helpful to other international projects.
