- 延迟焦化横管立式加热炉结构庞大,受生产工艺的影响,辐射室炉管需在现场采取胀接方式连接,施工难度大。文章详细介绍了炉管现场胀接的方法和胀接工具的结构。胀接前要利用厂家提供的试胀材料进行试胀,然后对试胀情况进行分析并确定扩胀值和胀杆进程,并根据回弯头胀孔和炉管的尺寸、硬度等相关数据进行选配;对炉管端部和回弯头胀孔处进行严格处理并精确测量相关数据。胀接完毕后按设计要求进行压力试验。实际工程表明,所有胀接口均一次胀接成功,无一渗漏,该加热炉自投产已安全运行7年。
Stand heater of delayed coking facility is a large structure, the pipe construction with expanding joint method is a relatively difficult work. This paper introduces the method and tools for field expanding joint. Prior to field work, the test is needed to use specimen material provided by producer for expanding joint. Then the expanding value and expanding rod stroke can be determined in terms of the test results, which match the size and rigidity of return elbow expanding orifice and pipe. The pipe end and return elbow expending orifice must be strictly treated and related data must be accurately measured.
