原油储罐内壁腐蚀研究

摘要:: 对扬子石化储运厂G901系的4个原油储罐的沉积水和储罐的腐蚀产物进行分析研究, 并提出了合理的防腐方法。原油储罐的内壁腐蚀原因为吸氧腐蚀、盐类腐蚀和原油沉积造成的垢下腐蚀,而且原油沉积造成的垢下腐蚀最严重。针对腐蚀原因,认为原油储罐内壁防腐采用牺牲阳极的阴极保护并结合涂层进行联合防护较为合理。
Investigation on deposited water and corrosives in four G901 serial storage tanks at Yangtsi Petrochemical Storage and Transportation Plant were carried out, then rational anti-corrosion method was provided. Internal corrosions of the oil storage tanks are caused by oxygen-absorbed, salt and deposits, the last kind of corrosion is most serious. The associated anti-corrosion measure of combining cathodic protection with coating is considered to be suitable.
