- 介绍了常见工业污(废)水处理池的玻璃钢衬里、树脂鳞片胶泥衬里、耐酸块材砌筑3 种防腐蚀处理技术的特点和施工要点。其中对玻璃钢衬里工艺中树脂材料的选择进行了讨论,对目前防腐蚀市场上常见的环氧树脂的性能进行了分析,同时结合树脂防腐蚀技术的发展,探讨了乙烯基树脂的应用,推荐了一种新型材料——玻璃鳞片胶泥。
The technical features and construction key points of three kinds of anti-corrosion treatment techniques, i.e. glass fiber reinforcement plastic lining, resin flake mortar lining and acid-proof block laying used for industrial sewage and wasted water pool treatments, are introduced. The selection of resin materials used in glass fiber reinforced plastic lining is discussed, the properties of epoxy got from market are analyzed.
