油罐群吊施工中避免电动葫芦超载运行的方法

摘要:: 在采用电动葫芦进行油罐吊装施工中,有时会因电动葫芦超载运行而导致电动葫芦的损坏。文章介绍了避免电动葫芦超载运行的方法,强调要精确计算吊点间距,均衡布置吊点位置, 密切监视电动葫芦链条的松紧程度,根据每层起吊高度和施工进度,适当确定中间停机检查次数。
Sometimes the electric hoist is damaged in oil tank hoisting construction because of overload operation. The method of avoiding overload operation of electric hoist is presented in this paper. The distance between hoisting points should be accurately calculated, the hoisting points should be positioned in a balanced way, tension or slack of chains should be closely monitored, times for intermittent stop check should be adequate according to hoisting height and construction schedule for every layer.
