- 石油工程造价资料不仅是各类石油工程建设项目技术经济特点的反映,也是不同时期基本建设工程各个环节的综合反映,系统地积累、开发和运用工程造价资料,可进一步提高工程造价编制的科学性和合理性,为相关工作提供重要依据。
Information about petroleum engineering costs is not only the reflection of technological and economie features of various petroleum engineering projects, but also the synthetic reflection of every link of infrastructure at different periods. To systematically accumulate, develop and apply the information can improve the compilation on engineering costs in more scientific and rational manner.
