- 分析了STFA26和1Cr18Ni9Ti钢的焊接特点及存在问题,通过焊接工艺试验、金相组织分析和工程实际应用,证明采用H1Cr26Ni21焊丝TIG打底,A407焊条SMAW填充、盖面,焊接前不用预热、焊后不用热处理,小线能量的焊接规范并严格控制层间温度的焊接工艺,焊接 STFA26+1Cr18Ni9Ti异种钢是可行的。
The characteristic and problem of STFA26 steel and 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel weiding are analyzed. Through the weiding process test, metallographic organization analysis and engineering practice, it is proved that the weiding of STFA26 and 1Cr18Ni9Ti heterogeneous steels is feasible in terms of the measures including TIG backing with H1Cr26Ni21 wire, SMAW filling and covering with A407 rod, without pre-heating prior to weiding and without thermal treatment after weiding, using weiding specifications of small linear energy and strict control of layer temperature.2006,1(1): 59-61 收稿日期:2005-3-8分类号:TE963.07作者简介:李俊(1966-),男,湖北荆门人,焊接工程师,广西大学工程硕士研究生,曾在国内外多套炼油化工装置施工中负责焊接技术和质量管理工作,现为中国石油天然气第六建设公司安全副总监、安全环保部经理.参考文献:
