- 针对长输管道封底焊道焊接存在的问题,研制成功能够进行长输管道自动封底焊的经济实用型系统设备及配套技术,从焊接电源、控制技术、工艺方法以及焊丝等方面全部实现了国产化,替代了进口设备和技术,并且具有如下技术特点:专用熔化极焊接电源采用组合脉冲熔滴过渡控制技术,其主控制系统以工业控制机为核心,实现了焊接参数的可编程控制;结合多轴运动控制卡,实现对焊接执行系统的直流伺服电机和步进电机的驱动控制。文章还介绍了焊接工艺试验及取得的全自动封底焊的最佳工艺参数。
An economical and practical equipment and matching technique of automatic back sealing weiding for long distance pipeline were successfully developed. Fully domestic production is realized in respects of weiding electric power source, control technique, weiding process and weiding wire, so as to replace the imported equipment and technique. It possesses the following features: combined pulsed droplet transfer control technique is applied in special metal are weiding power source, the main control system with kernel industrial PC is capable of programmable control for weiding parameters, associated with multi-axes motion controller, the driving control of direct current servo electric motor and step driven motor of weiding performing system is realized.
