- 乙烯裂解炉辐射炉管的施工比较复杂,文章结合吉林石化分公司15万t／a乙烯装置节能改造项目的施工实践,介绍了辐射盘管系统施工的准备工作、辐射盘管组装顺序、集管箱开孔及组焊、猪尾管预制安装、辐射盘管吊装等方面的施工经验。
The construction of radiation furnace pipes in an ethylene cracking furnace is a difficult task. Combined with the construction practice of an energy saving reformation project of 15×104 t/a ethylene facility at Jilin Petrochemical Company, the construction experience is introduced in this paper including the constructional preparation for radiation coil pipe system, assembly sequence of the pipes, making holes in gathering pipe box and assembly weiding, the prefabrication and installation of pigtail pipe, as well as the hoisting of radiation coil pipe.2006,1(1): 42-44 收稿日期：2005-2-26分类号：TE963.07作者简介：王耀华(1974-),男,河南商水人,工程师,1998年毕业于辽宁抚顺石油学院,学士学位,现主要从事管道、设备安装技术工作.参考文献：
