- 针对海底输气管道铺设施工中出现混凝土配重层断裂问题,从混凝土的配比及强度、配重层与PE层的剪切力、钢丝网搭接宽度及强度、铺管设备及工艺等方面进行分析,认为铺管过程中没有使用托管架是造成混凝土配重层断裂的主要原因。并从配重管的涂敷质量、铺管工艺方面提出了整改措施。
Aimed at the rupture problem of concrete weighted coating layer of a submarine pipeline,the analyses on the mix proportion and strength of concrete, the shearing force between CWC layer and PE layer, the overlapped width and the strength of wire-net, as well as equipment and process of pipe laying are carried out. The main cause of the rupture on CWC layer is considered to be no using stinger.
