- 液压牵引技术在国外大型海洋平台施工中已应用十多年,大港油田赵东区块首期开发的 ODA和OPA平台采用了英国的GSJ-3型和GSJ-27型液压牵引起重设备(缆式起重器)和技术, 进行大型海洋平台的整体滑移装船及海上浮装就位(平面XY坐标就位)后的整体提升就位(纵向Z坐标就位),这在国内尚属首次。该技术的应用有效地解决了整体滑移装船卷扬机受容绳量限制、液压千斤顶受行程限制及海上整体吊装受浮吊能力限制的问题。该技术既可以应用于浅海平台施工,也适用于深水平台的施工,提高了陆地预制深度,减少了海上作业时间和作业风险, 是一种行之有效的海洋平台施工技术。
The GSJ-3 type and GSJ-27 type hydraulic traction and lift machines (strand jacks) made in UK were used the in construction of ODA platform and OPA platform located at Zhaodong Block of Dagang Oilfied, which were developed at first stage, for integrated sliding shipment of large scale platform and for integrated hoisting after floatover of platform. This technique was used in our country for the first time. It solved effectively the problems including limited rope capacity of windlass, restricted stroke of hydraulic jack and restricted floating crane capability.
