- 作为石油化工建设的施工企业,经常会遇到钢结构框架的安装工程。河北华北石油工程建设有限公司探索出了利用立柱作为导向靠模,平台上组焊,整层吊装框架梁的巧妙安装方法,既减少了高空作业的风险,又提高了安装工效。文章以华北石化分公司500万t/a常减压蒸馏装置的钢结构框架为例,介绍了导向滑动靠模法安装钢结构框架的具体步骤。
Steel frame installations are usual work of petrochemical construction enterprises. A clever installation method that columns are used as guided sliding formwork and each layer of steel frame is assembled at a platform then is raised as a whole by lifting frame girders is developed by Hebei Huabei Petroleum Engineering Construction Company.
