花土沟油田共用直流母线节电系统应用

- 油田抽油机是油田主要能耗设备之一,研制和开发油田抽油机节能降耗的新技术,是青海油田实施节能降耗的主要技术措施之一。文章从节能原理、设备选型、功能和安装等方面,介绍了变频共用直流母线节能技术,并介绍了该设备在花土沟油田的应用,实测有功节电率达25%。该技术具有良好的经济和社会效益。
Oil pumping units are one of the most energy consumption equipment in oilfields. Developing new energy saving and consumption reducing technology for oil pumping units is one of new technical measures in Qinghai Oilfield. This paper introduces the energy saving technique of shared DC bus with frequency conversion in aspects of energy saving principle, equipment type selection, function and installation as well as its application in Huatugou Oilfield. The measured active energy saving rate is 25%.
