- 承包商认真对待和搞好工程索赔,对维护企业自身利益和促进建筑市场进一步完善都有十分重要的意义。文章以某公司1998年中标的某热电厂引水工程为例,介绍了该公司在工程中提出的几项具体索赔事件,从而揭示了施工索赔的技巧。在此基础上归纳总结了施工索赔的要点及注意事项,对工程承包商具有一定的参考借鉴作用。
It is significant for protecting enterprise itself benefits and promoting construction market that the contractor deals seriously with engineering counterclaim. Taking the water diversion project of a thermoelectric power plant for example, that contract was gained by a company in 1998, this paper introduces some concrete counterclaim issues about that project and presents the construction counterclaim skills.
