论工程现场签证存在的问题及控制措施

摘要:: 现代工程规模大,投资大,技术含量高,建设周期长,设备材料价格变化快,不确定因素多,诸多因素影响工程结算价款,工程投资控制困难。文章就工程中现场签证常见的问题进行了深入分析,并从人员素质、技术鉴证、经济签证、现场签证管理等方面提出多项控制措施。实践证明,控制好现场签证价款是控制工程投资的有效手段。
Modern engineering features large scale, large amount of investment, high technical contents, long construction time period, frequently changing equipment and material prices, and so on. Many uncertain factors affect engineering final accounts and bring about difficulties of engineering investment control. This paper analyses deeply the existing common problems of construction site attestation and puts forward many control measures to implement engineering price control more effectively. The practice has proven that doing construction site attestation well is an effective means of engineering investment control.
