- 石油工程建设企业自上世纪90年代末进入哈萨克斯坦石油服务市场,经过多年的运作,在市场规模、价格体制的建立完善等方面取得了全面的突破。面对具有典型的前苏联体制特色的哈萨克斯坦石油服务市场,工程项目的运作模式成为企业生存和发展的重大课题。笔者根据几年来在哈萨克斯坦的工作经验,从石油服务性企业管理的新观点、新方法入手,探讨适应于新市场规则的管理思路及方法。
In the late 90s of last century, Chinese petroleum enterprises entered Kazakstan petroleum service markets. Through many years' managements and operations, all-around breakthrough regarding the market scale and the price system establishment has been made. In the face of the Kazakstan petroleum service markets possessing former Soviet System features, the management way is a crucial issue to enterprise survival and development.
