- 在大长度、大直径石化设备的吊装中,受吊车吊装能力的限制,平衡梁与吊车臂杆在某些情况下发生位置干扰,使吊装工作无法进行。通过使用AutoCAD软件模拟吊装过程中平衡梁和吊车臂杆相对位置的变化情况,可以精确地给出平衡梁和吊车臂杆的相对角度,指导现场吊装作业的实施。文章详细地介绍了使用AutoCAD软件的模拟过程和计算结果以及具体应用实例。
Owing to the limit of crane hoisting capacity, positional interference between balance beam and crane arm will happen under certain conditions during hoisting the petrochemical equipment with large length and big diameter, so that the operation has to being stopped. Using AutoCAD software to simulate the relative position change between balance beam and crane arm during hoisting course can offer accurate relative angles between the balance beam and the crane arm and provide in-site guidance to implement hoisting operation.
