砾石充填防砂高压一次充填工具的研制及应用

摘要:: 针对砾石充填防砂工艺存在的施工复杂、占井时间长等问题,研制出了一种新的防砂充填工具,实现了由一趟管柱作业完成地层填砂、环空填砂和座封丢手多道工序,减少了劳动强度和占井时间。文章介绍了砾石充填防砂一次充填工具的结构、工作原理及技术特点。经现场21井次的应用,证明该工具充填、丢手及打捞性能良好。
To solve the problems of complicated operation and long well operation time, a new packing tool for sand control is developed. It realizes multi- processes including stratum gravel filling, annular gravel filling, packing and releasing with pipe string operation for once, so as to decrease labour intension and well operation time. The structure, working principle and technical characteristics of this tool is described in this paper. With applicative practice for 21 well-times, it is proven that the toll has the excellent performances in filling, releasing and fishing operations.
