长距离输气管道周围安全距离的研究

- 输气管道的失效会对管道周围的人员和建筑设施造成严重的威胁。为了尽量避免和减少管道失效造成的生命和财产损失, 文章对长距离管道周围最佳安全范围的确定方法展开了研究。以射流火灾的热辐射阈值为基础,给出了安全距离的定义和计算公式。实例分析表明,安全距离与管道内径、操作压力、失效点离输配起点的距离直接相关。随着失效点离输配起点距离的增加,安全距离呈逐渐减小的趋势; 而随着操作压力或管径的增加, 安全距离明显增大, 相对而言,管道内径的变化对安全距离大小的影响更大。
The failure of a long distance gas transmission pipeline can lead to serious threat to people and establishments in the immediate vicinity of the failure location. In order to avoid or reduce the losses arisen from the failure consequences, this paper focuses on the optimum estimation of safety area. Based on the critical value of thermal radiation from sustained jet-fire, the definition and the expression of safety distance are presented. Example analysis shows that the distance is related to the pipe diameter, the operating pressure and the pipeline length between the failure point and starting point of gas gathering. With the increase of the length, the safety distance decreases gradually. In addition, the safety distance increases when the operating pressure or the internal diameter of pipeline increases.
