- 兰州—银川输气管道工程五单元位于贺兰山的垭口和银川的平吉堡之间,共12.84km,在冬季进行施工,由于气温低,风大,施工中遇到的主要问题都是由温度低造成的,为确保冬季施工质量,在焊接、防腐保温和设备管理方面采取了一系列相应的措施,包括:焊前预热、层间电加热带保温、焊后用石棉保温被保温、设置防风棚、用帆布包扎管口、缩短包裹收缩带前的准备时间、烘烤底漆、碾压等,成功地避免了冷裂纹的出现,保证了施工质量。最后对相关问题进行了讨论。
The fifth section of Lanzhou-Yinchuan Gas Pipeline Project is located between Yakou of Helanshan and Pingjibao of Yinchuan and is 12.84 km long. Main difficulties encountered during winter construction are caused by low temperatures and strong winds. In order to guarantee the winter construction quality, a series of countermeasures of welding, anticorrosion and thermal insulation as well as equipment management were taken, which include preheating prior to welding, applying interlayer heating belts for thermal insulation and asbestos quilt for thermal maintenance after welding, erecting windproof shed, binding up pipe ends with canvas, shortening preparation time of shrinkage belt enwrapping, primer baking and rolling. They avoided successfully the occurrence of cold cracks and ensured the construction quality.
