- 介绍了库尔勒—鄯善输油管道自投产以来的清管作业情况,针对现场实际情况,对清管工艺和清管工具进行了改进,包括对清管顺序的改进、清管混油头到达各站时进行相关流程切换、在减压站正输流程上加装过滤器,取消原清管器骨架上的开孔,制作专用清管工具等。改进后的清管工艺及清管工具更适合于清管的实际需要,提高了清管作业的安全性和效率。
The pigging operations of Ku-Shan oil pipeline since it was put into production are introduced in this paper. Aimed at the practical field circumstances, the pigging process and devices have been improved including pigging operation sequence, corresponding flow switching as mixed contaminated oil head arrived, adding a filter to positive transportation flow at a decompression station, canceling holes on original pig frame and making particular-purpose pigging devices.
