- 德制AVN3080漏水平衡式盾构机在掘进过程中,刀盘主轴承密封损坏,对此提出3种修复方案。经分析对比,最终选择了从盾构机供浆管道向刀盘掘进面压注改性泥浆,对掘进面进行封堵止水,维修人员带压进舱,更换密封与压盘的方法。该方法无需在掘进面拆解刀盘、建竖井或工作廊道,施工难度小,修复速度快,费用低。文章重点介绍了盾构掘进中主轴承密封的修复方法及步骤。
In the course of digging, a main bearing seal at the cutterhead of AVN3080 water leak type shield construction machine made in Germany was damaged. After comparing three repair scenarios, the following methods were chosen: injecting modified mud to heading face through mud supply tubes of the shield construction machine to block water seepage on the heading face; then maintenance worker entering the cabin under pressure to replace damaged seal and press cutterhead. This method has the advantages of no need of dismantling the cutterhead at heading face place, no need of setting up vertical shaft or operation corridor, less construction difficulty, quick reparation and low cost.
