- 随着我国石化产业的发展,石油化工工程建设中的环境保护问题逐步显现出来,文章结合监理行业现状和石油化工工程建设的特点,对石油化工工程建设及生产过程中如何进行环境监理进行了探讨,介绍了石油化工监理的目的、内容和任务,论述了石油化工项目实施环境监理的途径,并提出了石油化工项目实施环境监理的几点建议。
