- 内燃电焊机在实际使用过程中,空载待机时间与负荷工作时间相当,焊机始终处于高速运转状态,既浪费燃料,又缩短焊机的机械寿命。通过对发动机控制电路的分析研究,设计了一种新型的节能控制电路,在保证焊接性能的前提下,焊机实现了低速待机。实践证明,该项技术改造成本低,节能效果显著,可节约燃料消耗15%~20%。
When utilizing a internal combustion electric welder, the time for zero load standby is almost e-qual to the time for load working. The welder operates at high speed all the time so that fuel wastes and me-chanical life of the welder shortens. On the basis of analyzing the engine control circuit, a new energy saving control circuit was designed enabling the welder to be in low speed standby state under the precondition of welding quality guarantee. The practice proves that the technical innovation has low cost and significant energy saving.
