摘要:: 文章分析了自保护药芯焊丝的主要成分及作用,介绍了天津市金桥焊材集团有限公司研制的X80管道钢用自保护药芯焊丝的力学性能试验结果。试验结果表明,其渣系具有很强的脱氧、脱氮和脱氢能力,对焊道能起到很好的保护作用,可获得高质量的焊缝。
This paper analyzes the main composition and function of self- protection flux cored wire, pre-sents the mechanical test results of welding X80 pipe steel (developed by Tianjin Jinqiao Company) using the self- protection flux cored wire. The results show that the slag series has strong capabilities of deoxidization, denitrification and dehydrogenation and is able to protect welds and obtain high quality welds.
