- 海洋平台现场安装由于质量要求高、施工环境恶劣,实现自动化焊接难度大,长期以来,我国乃至世界上对平台导管架与桩管的连接一直采用焊条电弧焊,焊接效率低,工人劳动强度大,是影响工程进度的瓶颈之一。中国石油集团工程技术研究院结合海洋平台的施工特点和技术要求,以自保护药芯焊丝焊接方法为基础,研究开发出专用的自动横焊成套设备及其焊接工艺。文章介绍了桩管自动焊设备的主要系统结构以及EH-36钢自动焊焊接材料的选择、焊接工艺参数的匹配和在海上工程现场焊接的应用情况。
Owing to high quality requirement and harsh construction environment, offshore platform instal-lation in- situ using automatic welding technique is very difficult. In our country, even in the world, arc weld-ing with welding rods has been used to connect platform jacket and pile pipe together for a long time, which has low welding efficiency and heavy labour intensity and becomes one of the bottlenecks affecting project progress. According to the construction characteristics and technical requirements of offshore platforms and based on the welding method of self-protection flux cored wire, CNPC Research Institute of Engineering Tech-nology has developed the whole set of special automatic transverse welding equipment and welding process.
