- 为了解决城市供水管维修问题,开发了HDPE管穿插修复技术。HDPE管具有强度高、耐腐蚀、使用寿命长、管壁光滑、不结垢等优点,内衬HDPE管可与混凝土管形成整体性良好的管中管结构,使混凝土管承压能力大大提高。该穿插修复技术施工速度快,周期短,一次可穿插300~800m长的距离,特别适于在城市建筑物林立、地下管网错综复杂的街区施工。文章重点介绍了HDPE管穿插修复工艺的流程及施工要点。
In order to solve maintenance problems of water supply pipelines, a rehabilitation technique of HDPE pipes that have the features of high strength, anticorrosion, long service life, smooth wall surface and antiscaling was developed. A HDPE pipe used for lining is penetrated into a concrete pipe then it forms pipe-in-pipe structure so as to raise pressure bearing capacity of the concrete pipe. This rehabilitation technique is of fast speed and short period.
