- 陕京二线5A标段管道线路在山西吕梁山区穿越多处陡坡,陡坡地段基岩裸露,岩石坚硬,具有距离长、坡度大和穿越情况复杂等特点,中国石油天然气管道局第三工程分公司针对不同现场条件和不同类型的陡坡情况,在环境差、工期紧、任务重的情况下,结合现有设备,因地制宜,采用简单有效的方法成功穿越了9处陡坡与悬崖,保证了工程的质量和进度。文章分别介绍了各种陡坡管道穿越的施工方法。
The 5A bidding section of the Second Shan-Jing Pipeline crosses through many slopes in Lu-liang mountainous region of Shanxi Province, where there exist lots of bare and hard bedrocks. The pipeline crossing project has the features of long distance, steep slope and complicated circumstances. According to the different site conditions and different patterns of steep slopes, as well as adjusting the measures to local condi-tions based on the existing equipment capability, CPP No.3 Engineering Company applied simple but effective methods to successfully accomplish pipeline crossings through nine steep slopes and cliffs , thus guaranteed the engineering quality and schedule.
