- 结合现场总线控制系统安装的实践,论述了总线控制系统现场级网络的常用拓扑结构及其安装方法,包括总线电缆、安全保护设备和网络元件等的安装方法。在总线电缆的安装方面,着重讨论了电缆的选型原则、安装方法和抗噪防扰措施;在安全保护设备安装方面,介绍了总线系统中本质安全的概念、安装方法、两种供电方式(实体概念和FISCO模型)下设备的选择与安装以及总线系统浪涌电压的保护和设备安装方法;在网络元件的安装方面,主要列举了通用终端器、中继器、链路设备、总线电源及其阻抗模块等的选择、安装和集成方法,为总线系统的安装提供了可以借鉴的实用经验。
In combination with the installation practice of field bus control system, this paper discusses the often used topological structure and the installation methods of bus cable, security protection equipment and network components. For bus system installation, the focus is put on cable selection principle, installation process and antinoise measure; for security protection equipment installation, the intrinsic safety concept, in-stallation method equipment selection and installation under two electric power supply modes (entity concept and FISCO model) and the bus system protection against surge voltage are illustrated; for network component installation, the selecting, installing and integrating methods of general purpose terminators, repeaters, link e-quipment, bus power supply and impedance module are described.2007,05(05): 34-37 收稿日期:2007-1-30分类号:TN915.02作者简介:刘超明(1967-), 湖北天门人, 工程师, 1989年毕业于江汉石油学院机械工程系, 长期从事国内外工程项目的施工、系统调试和试运工作.参考文献:
