- 华北石化100万t/a重油催化裂化装置同轴式沉降—再生器因扩能改造,需要在设备本体上开两个大孔作为检修通道。为了保证开孔设备在检修改造期间的安全,精确判定是否需要采取加固措施,分别建立了该设备在设定的台风载荷作用下的计算流体力学(CFD)模型和强度稳定性分析有限元(FEA)模型,并进行了详细的计算分析,为现场检修提出了合理的建议。
Owing to reformation needs, two large openings were made at the coaxial settler- regenerator ofa 100×104t/a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit for overhaul access. In order to ensure the safety of the settler-regenerator with large openings during the examination and reformation and to determine exactly whether thereinforcement measure was needed, the calculation fluid dynamics (CFD) model as well as the finite elementmodel for strength and stability analysis under typhoon load action were established.
